If you choose to stay at our centrally located accommodation, Škapin Dvor, everything you need is right on your doorstep. Within about 200 to 400 metres, you’ll find shops, bakeries, great restaurants and bars, the post office, hairdressers, banks, doctors, and of course the sea, just about 300 metres away — all within easy walking distance. And if you like, you can leave your car in our video-monitored "garage" for the whole holiday.

Apartment on the ground floor
In our newly renovated ground-floor apartment, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxed stay. The bedroom with a king-size bed is a comfy place to unwind after a long day. The large living room, separated by curtains and fitted with pull-out sofa beds, is great for hanging out together and watching TV. The separate guest toilet gives you a bit more comfort and privacy. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is perfect after a hot day at the beach, and there’s also an outdoor garden shower with hot water. The spacious kitchen-diner with its extended counter is modern and ideal for cooking and enjoying meals together. There’s also a large table in the courtyard, perfect for eating outside.

Apartment on the first floor
Our cosy apartment is on the first floor and makes the perfect base for your next holiday on the Croatian coast. Lovingly furnished in Mediterranean style, it has a unique charm and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
You reach the large terrace with sea view via the outside staircase. From there, you enter the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), the bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and the children’s room with a queen-size bed (140 cm). All rooms are air-conditioned. The terrace belongs exclusively to this apartment and is perfect not only for relaxed meals at the large dining table and lounging in the seating area, but also for enjoying complete privacy from outside views.

Across the courtyard, there is a former stable that is now used as a parking area, with plenty of space for cars and bicycles guests bring along.
In season, arrivals and departures are only possible from Thursday to Sunday.
check-in is from 03:00 pm and check-out until 10:00 am.
Check-in and check-out are handled independently via a key safe.
Towels, bed linen, and a hairdryer are included.
Starter amenities include shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.
Kitchen essentials include dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, sponges, and tea towels.
Basic cleaning supplies for the kitchen and bathroom are provided.
An ample supply of bin liners is provided for the entire stay.
Basic cooking essentials such as pots and pans, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper are provided.
A fire extinguisher is available.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment!
In our village of Pakoštane, nestled between the turquoise sea and beautiful Vrana Lake, you’ll find a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, traditional Dalmatian architecture, and welcoming locals. Pakoštane’s coastline is lined with beautiful beaches, many of them Blue Flag beaches, which stand for cleanliness and quality. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you can relax on the more secluded beaches or enjoy a walk along the coast. If you want something a little livelier, other beaches offer plenty of fun for both children and adults.
In the evenings, the municipality organizes entertainment, concerts, festivals, and folklore events at least three times a week, bringing locals and holidaymakers together and offering visitors a glimpse into Croatian culture. The promenade is lined with cozy cafés and restaurants serving delicious Mediterranean dishes and fresh fish. With its stalls and rides, it delights both young and old, while night owls can enjoy bars with music and live bands.

All arriving guests must provide identity verification by sending a photo of their ID card or passport.
The reservation fee amounts to 10% of the total booking price and is payable upon reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 42 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations made up to 63 days before check-in will incur a charge of 10% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made up to 35 days before check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made up to 2 days before check-in will incur a charge of 80% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made on the day of check-in will incur a charge of 90% of the booking amount.
